signing back at that point (I was driving to the signing) that the loan probably wouldn't close that night. It was EOM, after all. This was a cash-out refi, so there was a lot at stake.
I was on the phone with them while I was in my car & I was blowing my stack!!! I arrived at the signing stressed & frazzled, too. It won't happen again.
I had a choice to act like a professional & put the interests of the borrower first. That's what I did.
