I have a refurb DCP 8150 (luv it). Reman'ed toner cartridges worked just fine in the past, until the last one gave the message, "Replace toner". My printer produced the same message with the two new reman'ed cartridges I tried to install. My "Ah, ha" moment came when I wondered if my printer did not recognize the new reman'ed cartridges. So, after installing a genuine OEM Brother cartridge the printer worked just fine. Same now with the reman'ed cartridges. I now keep the OEM cartridge just in case I encounter problems in the future. I hope this will help others.
