running their business".....that's ridiculous! These are almost always statements made on "assumptions".
There have been significant changes in our industry & many other fields where competence, quality, etc. are no longer valued. We've seen the demise of this industry & some are in a position to change careers, etc., & some are not.
I agree that what I was told was pure bs, that's why I posted it. I always have a choice to accept the lower fees or not. To this point I haven't & don't play the SD game, etc.
Some us also have our personal reasons for being in this biz.
