| There is a real estate group that meets in my area, Central Indiana Real Esate Investors Association or CIREIA. I think this is a quasi-national group, as I've seen various similar groups in other cities. It's primarily wholesalers, flippers, and those who are getting into the rental business. They welcome any individual to the meetings, but strongly encourage membership after attending a couple of meetings as a non-member. Never really got going, as most of the members already had relationships established with other notaries they weren't willing to comprise on or they were notaries themselves. |
