Rosalina aka Rosie is playing all her aces to market The Notary Pool to the lending and title/escrow community they've known for years. I think it is shameful the way in which they treat their notaries by not paying for months and months down the road.
John Hoyt is not on the California Corrporate filing but Rosalina is. Who do you go after in a court of law? Not John, but Rosalina aka Rosie. The address of their business with the SOS is `9221 Doe Run, Santa Ana, CA 92705, a single family residence.

I did a closing for The Notary Pool back in October, still not paid. I spoke with Jackie (Hoyt) Hanson in accounting. She said she just took over the accounting dept and that it was left in such a mess and that she is trying to sort through all the outstanding payments due and to be patient with her and that she has every intention of paying me. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing yet. Yesterday I sent an email asking for an ETA on payment with no reply back...we shall see. I won't do anymore closings for them!
(IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR! Apparently, Jackie is still not able to get her capable arms around payables~how come?)

Years ago, when I was but a recent college graduate and worked in Westwood, CA for a real estate developer. we used the downtown LA First American plant for all our subdivision and title work, I handled the purchase and sale documents at our highrise condo development and messengered all our documents to the plant. I had the pleasure of meeting with President Parker S. Kennedy. I think he'd find the Hoyt family a complete embarrassment to his company. Robert Hoyt was John's father. I think he'd take a dim view of this as well.

Robert F. Hoyt, vice president of First American Title Insurance Company, is retiring after 44 years of service, according to President Parker S. Kennedy.
"Bob has represented the company extremely well for a very long time," said Kennedy. "He knows everybody, and everybody speaks very well of him. We will miss Bob a great deal, but he will continue to coordinate First American's participation in the American Land Title Association annual conferences."
