So agree. Sounds like someone doesn't have a clue what's involved. If we even forget the time involved and inconvenience for the signer for a moment, can you imagine what those documents will end up looking like? I dont' get why they wouldn't want to just go with a POA. Will a lender who won't accept POA signings be happy with documents signed under those conditions? I doubt it. doesn't make any sense to me.
