with a major lender upon many notaries calling that bank to complain about non payment of their signings. Finally, the bank had had enough and felt it needed to find a more reputable signing service to handle their loan scheduling.
I won't share the name of the SS or the lender, but the culprit is located in Orange county and has been running their business in this shoddy manner since 2007. It serves then right.
So notaries, when you can't get paid and enough of you call up the bank to let them know, it seems this is what makes change occur.
