OMG Cari . . . your hatred for Cheryl has literally driven you off the deep end of a very steep cliff. Before this goes any further, I am here to set the record straight! What Cheryl is saying is absolutely correct. I am the one that gave her this information yesterday and asked if she would post it on my behalf. I had a lot of closings yesterday and today and I thought it important to get this on the forum. I'm not here to say what lender it was that called me, why they were calling me, what company got their business, or what company lost a huge account due to non-payment to notaries . . . that is not important.
What is important, and what I asked Cheryl to convey to everyone, is that if we all continue to work together and report non-paying signing companies to the appropriate people, we can make things happen. A rather large notoriously non-paying signing company just lost a huge account because the lender was getting sick and tire of notaries calling them directly looking for payment. A very nice signing company just landed a major account because of how they run their business. This is a major win for all of us. |
