I had a POA signing yesterday The husband was signing for himself and his wife but the Title Company did not want to provide me with the POA document, they said it was not needed in Texas, I explained that I could not do the signing without it... she fussed about it but finally sent me the POA.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Also, is it true that Texas Notaries do not need to see the POA document?
