That is correct, and the lender's doc drawer is the one who prepares the signature blocks for POA signatures per UWing instructions.

POA must be reviewed and approved by lender prior to docss being drawn.

We don't really need to see the POA in CA. We are only id'ing the borrower, and we are only notarizing signatures, not documents.
