parties can make some uncomfortable. While not questioning the validity of the POA, I at least want to offer some protection to one not appearing before me (has nothing to do with lender or TC "authorization" for me).*
Of the all the mighty cautious citizens, CA notaries are the worst - so surprised my fellow comrades are among the less suspicious here
