It takes you an hour to print 2 sets of docs? Why your prepping 2 sets? I run 28 ppm @ 150 pages = 5.38 minutes tops. If you have to print twice, you should get them out in 10-15 minutes easily. If it's taking you an hour, you need a serious upgrade. My toner is between $10-$12.00 for 8,000 pages, so I def. would take the $25.00 over subtracted print fee. You only need to "prep" the set you are signing. The only thing I do is put the CD up front, the rest gets signed in the order they scanned it to me. They do not tell you to rearrange a package, which takes more time. I run 2 printers, and can download and print both packs and out the door in 10 minutes tops. In this biz it's working smarter, not harder. I also want to add, my docs have been coming in on time. If they are late, and I have to go, so be it, that closing gets pushed back. If they send me the printed package for no less cost, great, but otherwise I like to print. It also avoids those packages where they like to staple docs together, which make it a difficult signing. Just me. |
