I just actually invested in the duel tray last month, and really is worth it..I think it ran me about $115.00. I found mine on Amazon "Used like new" from their fulfillment center and saved me about $25.00 that way. Came with everything, book and factory wrapped, no issues, full warranty. Only difference is the outer box is missing, but the inner box all there.
For my buyer package, they get everything on letter size, saves money and time. I do what you do as well if I have time, going through the 1 package, making sure all is there.. 2 hours is ok for me, not rushing. In Orlando I have to plan up to an hour's drive many times especially after 3:30. The traffic here is worse than Miami, and forget about it when it rains.
I wish I got to the point of back to back closings once again...hasn't happened in months. over here.
