| Assuming I'm experienced or not isn't the issue. BTW if you want to know I've done 1000's of closings over the period of many commissions. Calling someone out that is POSSIBLY new and green isn't a professional way to treat a peer. I also know sd is responsible to tanking my business and my fees...I've dealt directly with title and lenders many times but now they (sd) has captured them and voodoo'd them into their arms. |
