Snapdocs is in the business to earn a profit and so are we. I work through SD when I want to if they fees are to my liking and don't work with them when the fees are ridiculous. I got a text offer this morning for a $65 docusign that I completely ignored.

The companies that used to call us directly and now are using the SD platform and cutting our fees should not escape the blame. They should pay SD if they are getting a service from them, but cutting our fees in half is unexcusable no matter what. I have tried to contact these companies directly and was told they only work through SD now.
