Though Felicia seems to be pleasant via e-mail, I'm getting annoyed w/ Snapdocs, myself. I'm relatively newly-certified, and was directed to SnapDocs by a signing service I contacted that was on a list I got from Notary Learning Center. Not knowing any better at the time, I signed-up. MY main gripe with them is the slow 'turn-around' time when I have a question re: navigating the site and my profile. Why don't they have a phone number? E-mail takes too long. Gripe 2: They send me notifications of signings for locations outside of the territory in my profile, and with very little time to receive and print docs, then get to the location! Gripe 3: If I'm driving somewhere, by the time I can reply safely to a texted notification that I'd like to do, it may be given to someone else.
I haven't received a follow-up text for any assignments for which I've said I was available during the past week. If I can get enough assignments directly from signing services or title companies, I'll ditch Snapdocs. |
