APPs are not necessary to the equation - at all. The only important part is that BOTH the sender and recipient have registered to send/receive money via email/cell phone # with their own banks. NOTHING else is necessary.

BINGO!!! Just log into your bank from the internet (phone/tablet/desktop/laptop) to send money. NO one needs any APP to send/receive money via email/cell phone# nor do you need to register your bank info with some other bank . |
