Just for grins, I recommend a few of you get together and experience Notarize dot com ID process and get a feel for the steps. When I did it right after they started up, they didn't use KBA, they used a DL verification system that would look at the DL and decide if the number existed. That was it, as I recall. They may be using KBA now, I don't know. The experience might be worth your time and $$ to see how it's really done.

Not promoting it; just suggesting that it helps to see it first hand...how this is being done...and the process that they've convinced our SOSs and law makers (in certain states) is a good thing.
