| A couple years ago, I did a MC closing, with full fax backs, for (XXX.XX) and instructions NOT to drop until a confirmation from Mortgage Connect directing ok to drop. Well , I waited and waited, no correspondence from MC. I called, left message to please confirm receipt of fax back and ok to drop the documents. No answer, no call. I waited 2 days!!! and still no confirmation to drop. I called and finally spoke to a live person, she stated to hold off dropping docs until confirmation. WTH? No wonder MC is going out of business. |
