among hiring TC, and SS regarding fees paid to notaries. I am totally convinced that this is happening and has been happened.
Most of the employees at these various companies have all worked at the same firms. And they often compare "notes" with their buddies at other TC/SS about how much they are paying notaries.
I don't know what can be done about it. Clearly it has had an impact on the dramatic drop in fees. Yeah, I know all about XYZ pumping out new notaries. But there are additional reasons ( or alternative facts!) pushing down notary fees. It is really disgusting.
