Thanks, Claudine, for whatever role you might have had with them reversing that poorly thought out action!
As I recall, the XYZ pricing was originally proposed as 'suggested minimum fees', but all it did was get a lot of ss and tc owners wondering why they should be paying more than that so-called minimum. Most likely, there were several factors that converged together (like the housing bubble bursting and XYZ and others heavily marketing NSA classes around the country) that influenced fees dropping like an anchor, but as Claudine and many others know, they certainly didn't help us by publishing that little tidbit. |
