When I first got into this business, many SSs offered $50 much of the time. Of course, that drove me right into the offices of Title companies to market my services.

These days I'm seeing those fees coming back like a boomerang. Won't be long til $50 is the standard fee for loan packages, $30 for helocs. Single docs $20, and notaries will clamor to accept these fees.
