Price fixing is a major concern of government antitrust enforcement.

Meanwhile, the nation's 4.5 million notaries take themselves too seriously as to think we would ever be accused of price fixing. Its beyond crazy. It is impossible. I hate to tell you, no one gives a damn about a notary. We are both harmless and powerless.
