We played this every day as a warm up for gym class. I have no idea where it went, but this is kind of fun. There are probably plenty of other low impact youtubes out there.
BTW, when we did this regime, I weighed 80 # and didn't need it, but it was "warm up" for volleyball, softball, basketball, whatever.
