Back to my raw mixed veggie lunches starting this week. Noticed jeans a little looser.
Have always rotated breakfasts between oatmeal with all the fixin's, poached eggs with sausage, or Joe scramble with spinach from the garden. Crazy garden is still going strong.
Dinners are healthy but I need to cut back. Blew it tonight. Had friends over and did pizza and salad, but that's okay as I will be back on the veggies tomorrow. My rationale anyway.
Can't help with the workouts, and I envy you. Knees are acting up and need to do something about them.
Perspective: if you lack motivation to get yourself moving, think of how you woukd feel if you couldn't. What i woild give to walk briskly early every morning like I used to! Someday, with new knees... but I'm motivated!
