Problem I see with VT's solution ...

about writing out notarial cert on flap ... OP is California. Notarial cert will not fit on flap. California has required verbiage for both Jurat and Acknowledgment (including "idiot" box). Notarial verbiage, signature and stamp must be on the same piece of paper and same side.
