Thank you VT Syrup for the proper communication verbiage and sentence structure.
Attempting to assist a MN voter register and mail her voter ballot, there are a few MN requirements. Since she is currently in California and does not have access to a MN witness for her signature, according to MN Voter Law she must obtain a Notary's signature and stamp on the document/envelope in which her ballot gets inserted. As there is no space nor the appropriate California verbiage required by California SOS to affix my Notary stamp, I'm concerned that a loose leaf CA ACK may not fit MN requirement. A call has been placed with the MN SOS. Has anyone come across this before? Thank you |
