This may be solved, but just thought I'd add that when I worked at a major California university for a number of years, I would have many out-of-state students come to me during election season because their state required a notarization for a mail-in ballot. I don't remember many of the details, but one I do recall is that you cannot charge a fee for voter documents. I don't believe you mentioned that part, but I thought I'd second it as someone else did. |
