When I confirm I tell them I require masks to be worn at my closings. However, if they are uncomfortable with that request, let me know and I will inform title to send another notary. I've probably had 3 or 4 cancelations and I could care less! I thank them and send the order back. In my opinion it is best to discuss before arriving to the closing.
