I do not agree at all.
There is too much discrimination in this world against people who are not pencil thin and have features like those in magazines and newspapers. Not to mention there is still a lot of discrimination against skin color.
Pictures allow people to choose according to looks instead of experience and accomplishments. You prove my point with your statement of:
