I went to a bike shop and bought the kind of seat that is on an exercycle. It looks funny but I am more comfortable riding. I would rather look funny than walk funny! lol
Mung good for you for quitting smoking. I quit when I got pregnant 13 yrs ago and have never regretted it. I put on weight and am still fighting that battle but I would rather fight my weight than fight for air.
Stick with it cause it sounds like you are doing great. Keep us posted.
