Pilates is a great way to get back in the swing of exercising if you have put it on the back burner for a while like I did. I now take Kickboxing at the YMCA which is 50 minutes of cardio about 3 times a week and yoga for the stretching. I have found it truly does give me lots of energy that I was lacking. If you stay with your bicycle riding you will find it gets easier as you progress with your fitness level. My husband always did a lot of bicycle riding and said it takes a while for the rear to get into gear. The gel seats are great. Stick with it! |
