While I applaud your enthusiasm, I really don't think this is in the best interest of the signer. What happens when they have a question that 1. you cannot understand what they are asking, or 2. you cannot answer in their language?
If at that time you walk away from the signing, you have wasted their time and they now need to find a notary who does speak their native language and you have wasted your own time and gas because you should not be paid a dime for that appointment. IMO You are potentially doing a great disservice to this community.
I would suggest either learning the language until you speak it fluidly, or find another niche for your services. You're on the right track for growing your business, I just don't think this is the best one.
