General Notary Work for non English speakers??? How is that possible if you can't speak the language. Do you tell them on the phone 3 pm is good and the signature fee is $10 and the travel fee is $30? "GNW" requires interaction that goes well beyond an affirmation.

Now loan signing is not GNW. It's that's all about signatures, dates and initials. Forget translating a truth in lending or anything for that matter. You are there to get it signed and ID'ed, anything else is UPL. Speak spanish enough to give an oath and to point and say La Fecha! Preguntas??? Call senior Loan Officer por favor.
