My guess is that people who've been in this business for a long time (on the hiring side) see this current boom as temporary and are making a calculated assessment that it's not worth it to hire more staff. It also wouldn't surprise me that the staff they do have aren't used to dealing with this much volume and, as a result we're seeing more carelessness.
I agree that it's very frustrating, especially when we're frequently fixing their errors, but heaven forbid WE make one... |
