Wow... I'd be insulted, too. IMO, $60 is showing up to notarize one signature, with a $45 travel fee. No doubt they also wanted you to print and drop off at FedEx. That's extra time and materials and is worth more. Plus, 25 pages could be a seller package, some of which can take as long as a refi, if the seller has any questions or issues.

What really sickens me about those tactics is they probably do that all the time - and probably often get away with it. Frown Good for you for kicking them to the curb!
