IDK, just did one yesterday for a President of an LLC selling, and the title's direction was to sign his name only, no title, even though the title was printed with his signature. Since signing at the title company, they want it like that, so it was done like that.
POA is different of course,always has to be written out, not even in similar circumstances.
His name went on my cert. not his title.
