Oh that's too bad no one want to gather anymore. This pandemic has really changed the world and how we live. I am glad you are able to spend time with your family and your neighbors and happy to hear you are having some fun with your kitchen reconfiguration. The COVID numbers are horrible and it is a good time more than ever to really hunker down. So happy I saved all that money from my closings of 2020 and 2021, I might need it in 2022 if the COVID numbers don't get better. I have had several closings cancelled recently due to borrowers being sick with COVID. Thankfully they were honest in saying something. I don't know if it was so much being honest or just that they were too sick to even do their closing. Hopefully things will look up second half o the year.
