1st, you have no idea of the Signing Agent class I took and when I took it, and in person. But just because you are a nosey one, it was the NNA and a team came from CA in person about every 3 months to get you going as a notary and then a SA.

2nd, in the stone Age, they overnighted packages because printing and dial-up internet were just coming out and a mess. That's the way they did it shortly after using carbon paper in a typewriter.

3rd If you cannot figure out what YOU need to make, quit asking others what they are making now. Figure it out in your own demographics, or go look up others in your zip code and see if they put that out there in their profiles.

We run our own business and accept the fees that make it work, and if not we counter or decline. In all these years you surely must know what is a profitable closing or not.
