As someone who isn’t very tech saavy, here’s what I’ve done

I keep paper journals. However, earlier this year I went through the painstaking process of indexing and digitizing the first 9 volumes of my journal (as I’m currently on volume 10). I have everything saved to my Google drive but I also have printed out the index and have it with all my journals.

I’d be very wary of using any kind of app or service to keep my notarial records. These companies come and go, and I worry about the fate of my records.
