Gmail has its own, which is pretty good.
Then they're the paid services which I can't afford and not worth it.
Couple of years ago, some of the larger TC's were providing access to its notaries that were signed up. Not so much anymore. Not sure why.
If you ask the providers that do require this for its nsa's, then just ask that they provide you with an account, they'll do it for free but only to communicate with that particular provider only.
