Use strong passwords that have to be changed every 180 days, they tell you what characters have to be in there.
Keep your system up to date including Antivirus/ Antimalware programs.
You must encrypt all customer information regardless of where you store it, including in a cloud.
Securely destroy all customer information and any hardware

On top of that you have to have a dedicated email only for FNF orders, your email has to be secure from any malicious or hyperlinks, cannot use any external devices or shared wireless networks.
