Re: Stagnant fees vs increasing pay

I feel like I had the best time getting around and was so busy, but it also bought in a influx of new Notaries that saw us as an easy money making field so, they jumped in this field, not understanding what was going on, and not properly valuations of themselve and the cost of doing business and started taking these low fees!!! Not to mention the costly mistakes and here we are!! So as it was mentioned we can choose who to work with that will pay your worth if you value yourself & your work! They don't!!
