Check out this terrific message by Marian Harmon with invaluable perspective on the real reason it's a bad idea to lower your fees in exchange for being promised more 'volume: Msg #488879.

[BTW, it also seems like the signing services who make those kinds of claims and requests are sometimes also the ones who seem to have the worst history of paying on time - or at all...]
