I'm just guessing but I think that part of the thinking is that many people prefer to do their own "site visits" online now and don't need or want an agent driving them around from one listing to another. The particular properties that they're interested in and want to see in person may be a different story, however, a lot gets eliminated in the online process first so it still cuts down on the time required by agents to show properties. |
