| Yeah, I've been getting a ton of lowball offers from them lately, probably 10-15 per day. They email them and text blast them, so I get two pings for each one. It gets really annoying. I counter on a few of them, if they are at a time/location within my parameters but I've never had a counteroffer accepted by them yet, even though they're not as "pricey" as yours are. |
