| If you're one minute late because you have to call both the borrower AND Mortgage Connect to let them know, that means you'll be at least 5 minutes late because you wasted time calling both of them. If you get put on hold that will lengthen the time even more. I guess since they don't pay us like professionals, they don't trust us to conduct business like professionals either. |
