I work very little for Mortgage Connect since they never almost never accept my counter offers, but I got that letter and another email today that was unintentionally funny. They said :
1. Be on-time, even if you are ONE MINUTE late call the borrower AND Mortgage Connect to let them know. They must live in another dimension with traffic accidents, weather, road construction etc...
2. Another piece of guidance - don't bring your wife, kids, or dogs to their signings. They were serious. Then said there was one exception, its OK to bring the required witnesses. That is good to know.
Consider they treat us like dirt by offering $40 and $50 refi's with scan backs, it sounds like they are getting what they pay for. My dobermann attack dog is going to disappointed not to be able to go with me to my signings (LOL).
Their unintentional humor is their only good quality.
