we can glean from those offers. Those offers do mention what kind of package for that particular file and in what city:
1. Sellers package tells us which areas have movement and are selling; 2. Refi/equity/HELOC packages tell us which areas are more stable and homeowners are staying; 3. Those piddly offers also mention the lender involved. That tells us which area(s) a particular lender is actively working. We can market directly to those lenders.
This is one reason why I haven't asked to be removed from their text/email offers. I gather information for my direct marketing.
