mtg/dot should match how title to the property is held.
If people whould have deed conveying property to them at
the time of purchase, match the way that their DL shows their
name, then 90% of our ID problems would be eliminated.
If they subsequently change theri name later, they should have
a quit claim deed prepared , signed and recorded changing the
vesting to the way that their name now appears on their DL.
LO should check vesting and ID prior to doc preparation, but that
rarely happens
